This house has been designed for maximum solar gain. A combination of concrete, concrete block and timber construction it has enough correctly placed thermal mass to keep it very warm in winter and cool in summer.

Clean and simple finishes of white walls, exposed blockwork, polished concrete and plywood provide a neutral, minimalist look.
